“My ticket showed a 1:00 PM departure, but the actual departure was 1:30 PM, so we ended up waiting about 45 minutes with nowhere to sit. The trip also advertised lunch, but we didn’t eat until after 4:00 PM, which is much too late for a lunch meal. On a positive note, TJ, our captain, and Reio were very nice and accommodating.”
